We use water-resistant steel that has been coated with several layers of real 18-karat gold plating. This ensures that your necklace will maintain its quality and shine for a long time.
Additionally, we use hypoallergenic steel instead of silver, making our jewelry water-proof and sweat-proof. We are proud to offer a one-year warranty for all our necklaces, so you can wear them confidently without having to take them off.

- Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to make changes to an order once it has been shipped.

- Do you offer a warranty on your necklaces?

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all Arabic necklaces purchased through our website. We are confident in the quality of our products and stand behind them fully.

If your Arabic necklace loses its golden color within one year of purchase, we will replace it at no cost to you. To initiate a warranty claim, simply send an email to our customer support service at Support@arabicnecklace.Com. We will be happy to assist you.
